Tonight’s public session is on. We expect it to clear up for a few hours just as it gets dark. Please try to park near the trees on the drive as the lawn is likely to be wet. Also please be prepared to walk in wet grass and dress warmly. See you on the Hill!

*** SAS Members *** Come and join us at Darling Hill Observatory in Tully for our public session tonight, 8/11! We’ll have clear, moonless skies and pleasant temperatures tonight. We’ll have plenty of telescopes on the field for you to look through or bring your own. Bring a comfortable lawn chair and a light jacket and maybe a pair of binoculars and watch some of the Perseid meteor shower. See you on the Hill! Anthony Krishock President, SAS
SAS Members, After watching the forecast it seems that tomorrow night will be much clearer than tonight, so we’ve decided to reschedule our Member’s observing session to Saturday, 7/22 See you then!
